I attended this month a 1-hour talk by Lori Caldwell at the San Francisco Bay Garden & Flower Trade-show that reminded me that we can all compost at home if we are determined to do so. It is just a matter of having the commitment to do our part in reducing the amount of trash we send to landfills (30% of all trash) to become trapped underground, decomposing anaerobically (sans air) and releasing methane gas (greenhouse gas) to our atmosphere.
