Cancelling Your Order
HOTBIN Composting US, operated by Engineered Foam Products LLC, wants you to be confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request to cancel your order in accordance with the terms below.
13.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order for any item purchased through hotbincomposting-us.com.
13.1.1 Cancellation Period
You may request a return or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order. Where an order consists of multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day the final product is delivered.
13.1.2 Orders Not Yet Shipped
If your order has not yet been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
13.1.3 Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a return within the 14-day cancellation period.
Due to the size and transportation requirements of HOTBIN products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For most HOTBIN products, the estimated return transportation cost is approximately 30% of the product purchase price. The actual return transportation cost will be confirmed and communicated to you when your return request is reviewed.
Any applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
13.1.4 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at help@hotbincomposting-us.com before returning any products.
All returns must be authorised by HOTBIN Composting US prior to shipment. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your request:
- Your original order number
- The condition of the item(s) you wish to return
- The number of parcels you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, including the appropriate return location and any applicable return transportation charges.
13.1.5 Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be returned in good condition and include all original components, accessories, and documentation where applicable.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If a returned product shows signs of use, damage, modification, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.
13.1.6 Inspection and Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received, it will be inspected to verify its condition.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
